Short answer: Re-tune is a $4.99/month add-on for existing RegeditMC customers. Windows updates, new drivers and hardware changes can undo or shift parts of your regedit over time, so a one-off tune slowly drifts. With Re-tune you get one re-tune a month of the package you already own, monthly patch notes, a priority spot in our queue and, on Obsidian and Netherite, CompetitionControl mode changes. You can cancel anytime.
We've been tuning PCs for Minecraft PvP since 2015. One thing we hear a lot: "My setup felt perfect, and now it just doesn't feel the same." Usually, nothing's wrong with you or your PC. Your setup has simply changed under your regedit.
A regedit is tuned for your PC as it was on the day we built it. But your PC keeps changing:
No single update wrecks everything. Instead, it happens bit by bit. A setting gets reset here, a default changes there, and over a few months your PC slowly drifts away from the tune you paid for. That's why things can feel a bit less crisp than they did on day one, even though you didn't change anything yourself.
Re-tune keeps your regedit matched to the PC you have now. For $4.99/month you get:
Re-tune is only for existing RegeditMC customers who have already bought a regedit. It keeps you on the tier you have, and upgrades aren't included. Unused re-tunes don't roll over. If you cancel, it takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Already a RegeditMC customer? Email info@regeditmc.com from the address you bought with, and we'll set up Re-tune for you.
Do I need to own a regedit to get Re-tune? Yes. Re-tune is only for existing RegeditMC customers. It maintains the package you already have: Classic, Obsidian or Netherite.
Why would my regedit need a re-tune? Windows updates, new drivers and hardware changes can undo or shift parts of a regedit over time. A re-tune brings it back in line with your current setup.
Does Re-tune upgrade my package? No. You get re-tunes of the tier you own. Upgrading is still a separate one-time purchase.
Can I change my CompetitionControl mode? Yes, if you own Obsidian or Netherite. You can switch between reactive, balanced and delayed as part of your monthly re-tune.
How fast is a re-tune delivered? Within our normal 48-72h window, and Re-tune customers get a priority spot in the queue.
Do unused re-tunes carry over? No. You get one re-tune per month, and unused ones don't roll over.
Can I cancel Re-tune? Anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
